Introduction
On November 21, 2016, Prolink Fabrication Ltd. (“Prolink” or the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to s.49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (A&M) was appointed as the Trustee in Bankruptcy (the “Trustee”) of Prolink by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of Prolink. Prolink is now considered a bankrupt company.
