Mr. Rose brings a strong track record of managing and restructuring organizations with revenues up to €300 million and head counts up to 1000 FTE in Germany and Europe. He has broad experience restructuring large IT organizations, as well as managing large outsourcing deals in the infrastructure, software and BPO sector. For more than 25 years, he has helped international clients to transform their IT organizations and shape their IT strategy. 

Additionally, Mr. Rose brings a deep knowledge of the hyperscaler market and an outstanding understanding of Cloud, data and AI. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rose acted as the Managing Director Financial Services EMEA for Google Cloud. Before that, he worked for IBM, Sopra Steria and Accenture, and has held senior IT positions at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and other major international companies. 

Mr. Rose earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and software technology of the bib from Paderborn University in Germany. He was a member of the technology board of the German Federal Banking Association representing Citigroup, and is fluent in German, French and English.
