Nachiket Deshmukh

Mr. Deshmukh brings over 15 years of experience across various industries, including consumer and retail, healthcare, airlines, industrial goods, and IT and digital. His primary areas of focus are business turnaround and long-term value creation programs. He has led more than 10 transformation programs, driving both revenue growth and cost takeout, leading to a bottom-line impact of over $500 million.
Mr. Deshmukh notably led a complex program to design a growth and commercial roadmap for a leading consumer packaged goods company. In addition, he was involved in a profitability and operations efficiency transformation program for a leading healthcare company in the APAC region. He also crafted strategy and implemented an end-to-end transformation program for an integrated healthcare company, with a focus on growth, sales and operations planning, productivity transformation, and analytics.
Mr. Deshmukh has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and cost takeout programs. He has led multiple large-scale cost takeout programs across industries and businesses at various scales. Further, he has worked on digital acceleration programs, including as a Consultant and an Industry Operator in the IT and digital industry.
Mr. Deshmukh earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Shivaji University, Kohlhapur, and a master’s degree in management from the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
