Mazin Gadir

With over 24 years of experience in strategy development, organizational development and design, corporate policy development, human capital development, business process re-engineering, change enablement, and organizational excellence, he adds value through consultancy, operational engagement, and hands-on involvement. Dr. Gadir has been involved in projects in digital health innovation, health informatics workflow optimization, eHealth regulatory framework and compliance, health information systems/health information exchange, digital maturity and accreditation according to international standards, and project and change management across healthcare IT transformation programs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Middle East.
Dr. Gadir has built business development strategy and roadmaps across government healthcare programs and strategies, biotech/medtech, healthcare payer provider consulting services, digital transformation, and AI/data needs. He has overseen management consultancy opportunities to enable healthcare organizational transformation, digital health optimization, and healthcare innovation. He has also managed and implemented bids and proposals for health system transformation, digital health and information exchange, change and adoption management, revenue cycle management and patient-level costing implementation, and value-based care transformation.
Prior to A&M, Dr. Gadir led a $300 million portfolio of projects for MEGA digital health programs in GCC and North African countries. He developed health information exchange hubs, national claims and insurance information transactional platforms, and electronic medical records for healthcare facilities. Notable clients have included the Dubai Health Authority, the National eHealth and Data Management Strategy in Qatar, and Sidra Medicine and Hamad Medical Corporation/Primary Health Care Corporation in Qatar.
Dr. Gadir earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, a master’s degree in management (merit), and a PhD in quantum electronics and nanotechnology in medical imaging, all from the University of Leeds. He also completed the executive program in hospital management and healthcare facilities at Bocconi University.
