Lee Sankey

Mr. Sankey brings 20 years of commercial, operational and leadership experience in consulting and working in-house. He partners with leadership teams and founders to build a bridge from today’s business to tomorrow’s, focusing on scenarios in which a business needs to revitalise, adapt or reimagine itself in response to disruption or when there is an imperative to explore “white space” opportunities and identify a new venture or product. Mr. Sankey has worked with clients in various industries, including financial services, energy, automotive, telecoms, media and retail.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sankey founded Door, a strategic innovation consultancy working with corporates and scale-ups to identify and realise new opportunities. Mr. Sankey also reimagined the future value proposition and created a target experience model for OVO Energy that catalysed a full business transformation.
Previously, Mr. Sankey was Director of Customer Experience and Innovation at Barclays where he co-led the creation of entrepreneurial banking, a new high growth customer segment worth £100 million in annual revenue, and the Barclays Accelerator and Rise innovation spaces.
