Brad Arnold

Mr. Arnold has served in full time and interim leadership roles related to business strategy, capital budgeting, product and portfolio management and IT service delivery. He has led business and IT transformation programs in insurance and financial services managing the build and implementation of new business services and integration of acquired capabilities.
Recently, Mr. Arnold helped consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies design and launch omnichannel customer experiences through digital enablement. Previously, he was involved in the FP&A and cost accounting process standard creation for food manufacturing; the capital planning for large-scale service delivery; the design of new digital customer engagement across virtual and physical channels; the global corporate alliances management (Alliances, JV, and M&A); and the onboarding of IT operations into outsourced service delivery models.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Arnold was an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University’s Executive MBA Program. He designed and taught a course called, "Strategic Alliances, Mergers & Acquisitions," which focused on the use of different types of business relationships to help companies manage risk and navigate uncertainty when executing strategy.
Previously, Mr. Arnold was a Director at Unisys, a global information technology company that solves complex IT challenges and delivers large-scale IT services. He was responsible for the build and launch of IT outsourcing capabilities.
Mr. Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Villanova University.
