Please note that on June 30, 2020, Northern Silica Corporation, Heemskirk Mining Pty. Ltd., Heemskirk Canada Holdings Limited, Heemskirk Canada Limited, Custom Bulk Services Inc. and HCA Mountain Minerals (Moberly) Limited (collectively, the “NSC Companies”) became subject to an initial order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, RSC 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”). The Initial Order was granted by the Honourable Madam Justice K.M. Horner of the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. Pursuant to the Initial Order, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc., LIT was appointed as Monitor of the NSC Companies.
