Dhruv Sarda

Mr. Sarda brings over 23 years of experience working with financial investors, corporate boards and management teams on their M&A and broader transformation agenda. He has led transformation initiatives to deliver full potential value creation plans and served in interim management roles.
Mr. Sarda works with both corporates and private equity funds on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has supported 80+ diligences and 25+ merger integration and carve-out programs with transaction sizes of up to £7 billion, working across multiple sectors. Most recently, he led the integration of a £300+ million acquisition by a FTSE-listed industrials group; and carve-out preparations for a division of a Euronext Paris-listed IT services group. The business was successfully sold to a private equity backed group.
Mr. Sarda also works with boards and management teams on strategic reviews and transformation programs. His notable engagements include designing and implementing an EMEA-wide performance improvement plan for a global real estate services firm; implementing an operating model redesign for a FTSE-listed business services group; and reviewing a cost reduction program to identify additional opportunities at a FTSE-listed leasing group. Additionally, Mr. Sarda has served as the interim EMEA Chief Transformation Officer for a Fortune 20 healthcare and medical devices business, responsible for the planning and execution of transformation initiatives, including the integration of a $6 billion global acquisition in the EMEA region.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sarda was a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy, where he led the M&A practice in the UK and Ireland. Previously, he worked in M&A advisory at a European investment bank and started his career in privatisation advisory in Africa.
Mr. Sarda earned a bachelor's degree in management from King's College London and an MBA from Cambridge University. A British national, he is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
