Tracey Esposito is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Valuation Services in New York. She specializes in alternative investment valuation for investor and financial reporting purposes (ASC 820).

Ms. Esposito brings more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. For 10 years, her primary area of concentration has been valuation advisory for clients covering a wide industry breadth, with expertise in leading alternative investment asset managers, including private equity, hedge fund managers, and business development companies.

Ms. Esposito specializes in the valuation of illiquid securities and interests across various strategies and assets classes relied upon for financial reporting purposes as well as regulatory support. Specifically, Ms. Esposito has provided independent valuations of private loans, including senior secured, subordinated, and mezzanine debt as well as preferred and common equity interests and warrants.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Esposito worked at EY in the Structured Finance Advisory Services practice, where she focused primarily on the securitization of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). She continued her career as a Vice President at Citigroup, Inc. in the Institutional Clients Group.

Ms. Esposito earned an MBA and a BBA (concentration in finance), both from The State University of New York at Binghamton School of Management.
