Michael Eisenbach

With more than 17 years of professional experience, Mr. Eisenbach has a proven track record in fast and pragmatic implementation and completion of complex tasks. Most notably, he independently managed the enterprise resource planning software (SAP) rollout for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the private equity sector. He has worked with clients across various industries, including industrial goods, automotive, retail, logistics, and private equity.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Eisenbach spent five years with Porsche Consulting, where he was responsible for the optimal allocation of semiconductor components for a major automotive manufacturer. He developed a tool to increase output and reduce inventory levels based on expected shortages. Furthermore, he built an IT platform for environmental, social, and governance reporting as part of intrapreneurship.
Mr. Eisenbach also successfully restructured the largest plant of an automotive supplier, with a focus on employee downsizing, overall equipment effectiveness improvement, and inventory reduction based on an optimized sales and operations planning process. Furthermore, as part of an interim assignment, he reorganized the production planning and control process for an automotive supplier to significantly reduce inventories while improving delivery performance. For a Top 15 automotive supplier, he reduced total logistics costs by 15% as a cash contribution. Previously, Mr. Eisenbach was COO for the market leader in school backpacks, where he successfully increased the EBITDA margin by 50% with annual growth of more than 50%. He also cofounded a mobile marketing app, establishing the development team and bringing the app to market within four months.
Mr. Eisenbach earned a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. A German national, Mr. Eisenbach is fluent in German and English and also speaks Spanish and French.
