Mr. Hoernler has been involved in sell- and buy-side due diligence, growth strategy, sales excellence, price improvement, and M&A support projects, with clients in various industries, including technology, software, healthcare, services, and industrial components.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hoernler spent two years in the Transaction Service and Private Equity practice of Simon-Kucher in Munich, where he was a Senior Director and built up the CDD business. Previously, he spent more than six years at one of the leading CDD boutiques in DACH.

Mr. Hoernler earned a master's degree and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich. An Austrian citizen, Mr. Hoernler is fluent in German and English.
