With more than 14 years of professional experience in Australia and the U.S., Mr. King specialises in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Mr. King has led top-performing, multidisciplinary accounting and financial due diligence teams to help private equity and corporate clients execute on their investment strategies and monetize non-core assets. He has proven experience combining a financial diligence mindset with fact-based data analysis techniques to assess financial information integrity, perform KPI diligence and translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. King spent 14 years with EY’s Transaction Advisory Services in San Francisco, Sydney and New York. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, advising clients on deals ranging from $15 million to $35 billion across a range of sectors, including software, technology, consumer discretionary, industrials and materials.

Mr. King earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from Villanova University’s School of Business, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
