Introduction
On March 3, 2023, pursuant to Section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 253, the Supreme Court of British Columbia appointed Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. as the receiver (the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Kuang Wan Fang, also known as Wendy Wan Fang Kuang, also known as Wan Fang Kuang.
