In combination with his tenured expertise in succession planning and preserving brand legacy, Mr. Peluso has managed hundreds of mid-market and large transactions across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, healthcare and food services. His experience also includes leading intricate due diligence efforts, carve-outs and sale processes. Most recently, Mr. Peluso was a Partner in KPMG’s Transaction Services practice in Toronto, where he held numerous leadership roles including National Private Enterprise Deals Leader and National Automotive Leader.
