Ms. Lyon advises healthcare organizations, partnering with senior leaders to navigate change and build resilient, high-performing systems. Prior to joining A&M, she served as a Principal in KPMG’s Workforce Transformation practice and as the founding CEO of a boutique consulting and executive coaching firm – all focused on building the bridge between clients’ business imperatives and the people who deliver on the strategy. She’s often a featured speaker on the modern workforce, the impact of GenAI on the workforce and building future leaders, today.
