• Miguel Kindelán, technology investment banker of more than 25 years of experience, joins in Madrid to lead the growth of the business

Madrid, 1^st April, 2025 – Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has established the latest footprint of its Corporate Finance practice in Madrid. Seasoned technology investment banker and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expert Miguel Kindelán has been appointed Managing Director to lead and grow the new business unit, and to co-lead the technology M&A business in EMEA.

The launch builds on sustained growth of the firm’s Corporate Finance practice, which has recently made senior hires in France, Germany, India, Ireland and throughout the regions of the UK. The practice now counts on more than 110 experts across EMEA and 170 worldwide.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kindelán was the Head of Spain and Portugal Advisory at GP Bullhound. He also spent 18 years at Lazard advising clients across multiple sectors, including technology, telecommunications, transportation, and infrastructure, and working on high-profile restructuring deals in Spain and Latin America.
