Mr. Greene brings 10 years of supply chain experience, and has also worked across industries including consumer goods, nutraceuticals, construction supplies, transportation, oil and gas, private equity, and public sector.

Mr. Greene’s notable assignments include leading the logistics carve-out for a global dairy company, where he designed the carve-out blueprint, created and executed the carve-out implementation plan to stand up the logistics function with minimal interruption, and implemented cost-improvement initiatives to minimize dis-synergies due to separation. Mr. Greene also led a project to establish a Transformation Management Office and drive nine key initiatives for a $500 million transportation and supply chain management company, resulting in $23 million of savings and improvements across several key service metrics.

In addition, Mr. Greene was responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities in logistics and direct procurement for a $2 billion biopharma and healthcare solutions company, resulting in over $20 million of savings. Previously, he conducted a contract manufacturing strategic sourcing project and a sourcing organization development project at a $200 million sports nutrition company. Further, he coordinated sourcing events for all major spend categories at a large construction supplies distributor, including negotiating 118 supplier programs. Overall, Mr. Greene has wide-ranging experience with 25 other clients and projects.

Mr. Greene earned a bachelor’s degree in finance (minor in supply chain) from the Business Honors program at the University of Texas at Austin. He is certified in Prosci Change Management.
