Will Gaskell

With over 15 years of transaction experience in the renewable energy and broader energy transition sectors, Mr. Gaskell’s primary focus is leading sell-side and buy-side M&A, fundraising, and joint venture structuring transactions for renewable energy developers, investors, and large-scale utility clients.
Mr. Gaskell has extensive global and cross-border deal experience, advising on projects in a range of international energy markets and advising international investors on in-bound acquisitions. As a seasoned adviser to the sector, his transaction experience encompasses over 12GW of renewable energy projects globally, with deal sizes ranging from £5 million to £1.6 billion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gaskell was a Director within the Energy Corporate Finance team at EY in London, where he also held a senior position in the M&A practice. In this role, his clients included The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG), Lightsource bp, Dalmore Capital, EDF Energy, JP Morgan Infrastructure Investment Fund, BP, Capital Dynamics, NTR plc, and John Laing.
Mr. Gaskell earned a joint honors bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
