Vaughan Lindfield is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Perth. He works nationally across Australia, and specializes in tax structuring and transaction execution across the infrastructure, energy and resources industries.
With more than 30 years of tax advisory experience, Mr. Lindfield’s primary areas of concentration are domestic and cross border M&A and due diligence; distressed debt and corporate restructures; government privatisations; renewables and energy transition; and the regulatory framework for electricity and gas network service providers.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lindfield spent 14 years as a corporate tax partner, specialising in infrastructure and energy at PwC and EY. Previously, he spent five years with Babcock and Brown and Alinta Energy Limited.
Mr. Lindfield earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Edith Cowan University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Tax Institute in Australia.
