Tomasz Izydorczyk

Mr. Izydorczyk brings 27 years of experience in strategic consultancy and the executive management of telecommunications and healthcare companies. His primary area of expertise is operational transformations, with a strong focus on driving growth and profitability. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries across 30+ European and Southeast Asian countries.
Mr. Izydorczyk has extensive consulting experience with a number of leading management consulting companies, including Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, and Arthur D. Little. While at Arthur D. Little, he established and led the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice in Singapore, covering the entire region of Southeast Asia.
Previously, Mr. Izydorczyk served as Board Member and Head of Hospitals at Medicover, the largest Polish medical provider. Prior to that, Mr. Izydorczyk served on a number of executive teams in the telecommunication industry, including UPC Poland, where he served as Board Member and Vice President of Marketing. He also held various posts at Orange, including Director of Strategy, Director of Marketing and Communication, and Director of B2B Marketing.
Mr. Izydorczyk earned a master’s degree in finance and banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. A Polish national, Mr. Izydorczyk is fluent in Polish and English.
