Ms. Purswani specializes in procurement excellence, supply chain optimization, operations turnaround, and manufacturing strategy. Her primary areas of concentration are large-scale transformations focused on cost reduction, agility, and service improvement.

With nearly 15 years of consulting and industry experience, Ms. Purswani has advised several marquee global brands—across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe—within the beverages, beauty and personal care, and modern retail sectors.

Ms. Purswani’s notable assignments include designing resilient global supply networks, driving vendor ecosystem strategies, and embedding advanced planning systems and scalable operating models. She has helped clients achieve operational excellence and strategic growth.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Purswani held roles across both consulting firms and industry, where she was responsible for delivering transformation programs and driving business impact in complex, fast-paced environments.

Ms. Purswani earned a bachelor’s degree from MANIT Bhopal and a master’s degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
