Mr. Khatiwada’s notable assignments include leading the review of wind-down scenarios for a European financial services company, leading the business plan review and scenario analysis at a European education services provider, acting as interim Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at an infrastructure services provider, leading Treasury and FP&A operations at a complex carve-out owned by a private equity consortium, and leading the finance function reorganization at a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Additionally, Mr. Khatiwada has led a variety of sustainable cash, working capital, and cost-improvement projects in various sectors, including professional services, telecommunications, software technology, manufacturing, retail, and industrials, across various jurisdictions.

Mr. Khatiwada earned a bachelor’s degree (honors) in computer science and business from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the CFA Society of the United Kingdom.
