With over 15 years of expertise in strategy and transformation, Mr. Mishra has helped multinational organizations achieve large-scale business and digital transformation objectives.

Mr. Mishra’s portfolio includes engagements with Asia’s largest coal mines, leading aluminum producers, major steel manufacturers, and prominent automotive conglomerates. He notably led the digital transformation of the region’s largest mining operation and executed a cost-transformation initiative for India’s top automotive manufacturer. His advisory work spans the mining, steel, cement, and automotive sectors, supporting clients through the entire transformation journey, from design to execution.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mishra spent six years as a Project Lead with Accenture in Gurugram, where he drove enterprise-wide business transformation programs for large-scale clients.

Mr. Mishra earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow). He also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification from the Project Management Institute and is an active member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Mr. Mishra co-holds a joint patent in digital product development and has contributed to multiple journals in international publications, highlighting his expertise in digital transformation.
