Pierre Soulard

As a trusted advisor for worldwide financial institutions, Mr. Soulard partners with the top management of leading banks to define, build, and execute strategic plans focused on enhancing business profitability. He is known for his cross-functional understanding of the retail banking business, data analytics skills, and focus on delivering tangible results.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Soulard spent six years with EY, consulting for financial services. He most recently served as Senior Manager, leading revenue improvement projects in 10+ countries. His focus was on detecting, designing, and implementing ideas to improve the P&L of retail banks. Mr. Soulard detected and implemented a range of opportunities, from tactical revenue leakage correction to strategic proposals. Mr. Soulard also led multiple projects focused on designing new products, improving customer experience, and increasing cross-selling efficiency.
Mr. Soulard earned a master’s degree in finance from IÉSEG School of Management, France, and an MBA from ESAN, Peru. He also completed an executive program in digital banking and innovation from Instituto de Empresa, Spain. A French national, Mr. Soulard has lived in multiple countries and speaks fluent French, Spanish, and English.
