With more than eight years of consulting and operational experience, Mr. Cohen has supported clients and portfolio companies through complex acquisitions.
Mr. Cohen’s notable assignments include advising a client on carve-out support and stand-up for a global mobility services company with 6,000+ employees. He led real estate activities and Project Management Office coordination for the stand-up of 125+ offices across 40+ countries over a 12-month span. He also performed synergy and integration assessment for a printing and billing services company (circa $400 million revenue). By evaluating 16 staged acquisitions from the company’s preceding 24 months, his assessment identified nearly 50 distinct integration and synergy initiatives, totaling $26 million in savings.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cohen spent four years with Chevron across multiple business units. His primary responsibilities included R&D program oversight, in-field project management, data analysis, and cost engineering.
