Philippa Keasey is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Manchester. She specializes in providing financial due diligence and related transaction support to private equity and corporate clients. With 15 years of transaction experience, Ms. Keasey has advised and supported clients on over 100 transactions, including buy side, sell side, carve-outs, initial public offerings, and refinancings.
Ms. Keasey has experience working across a range of sectors, including consumer (retail, leisure, and food and drink), manufacturing, and business services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Keasey spent 13 years in the Transaction Services team at KPMG, where she most recently served as a Director.
Ms. Keasey earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Warwick. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
