With more than two decades of international tax experience, Mr. Mukherjee has held leadership positions in Asia–Pacific tax, managed client relationships with key asset management clients across Asia–Pacific, and helped ensure quality and consistent delivery to these clients.

Mr. Mukherjee has worked with clients internationally, particularly with top U.S. asset management houses and Asian fund managers.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mukherjee spent 12 years with EY in Singapore, where he most recently served as APAC Wealth and Asset Management Tax Leader and APAC Tax Account Leader for some of EY’s key asset management clients. Mr. Mukherjee counseled and coached several international tax partners in Singapore and across Asia–Pacific. He was also the Co-Chair of the Alternative Investment Management Association Tax Committee.

Mr. Mukherjee earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has authored several Asia–Pacific tax alerts and tax articles.
