With over 12 years of experience, Mr. AlMonayyer is an expert in preparing, developing, and managing complex capital projects and programmes in various sectors including education, healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, transport, oil and gas, and real estate. His skillset includes financial evaluations, capital project reviews, feasibility studies, commercial structuring, financial modelling, funding strategies, and tender management. Mr. AlMonayyer’s background also encompasses governance reviews, commercial due diligence, and value-for-money assessments, supported by a strong foundation in project and program management.

Mr. AlMonayyer’s notable assignments include advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Qatar Energy, Battersea Power Station Development Company and the Ministry of Housing in KSA. He recently assisted a Middle Eastern investment company launch a new district cooling partnership and attract potential operators where he provided advice on financial modelling, commercial and technical evaluation and negotiation support.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. AlMonayyer was a Senior Director in Ankura’s project advisory team and a Senior Consultant in PwC’s Middle East corporate finance and infrastructure practice, focusing on project reviews and audits, feasibility studies and transaction advisory.

Mr. AlMonayyer earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Kent. He is currently studying for master’s degree in major programme management at the University of Oxford. Mr. AlMonayyer is PMP certified and is a board member of the Middle East Leadership Association, a non-profit leadership development network with 2,000+ members that accelerates personal and professional growth and decision making across 14 Arab countries. He is also a mentor with the Founder Institute, supporting early-stage startups.
