With more than 18 years of progressive management and deals consulting experience, Mr. Leung has worked with clients across a range of industries, including education, software/technology, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing and distribution and hospitality/travel. He brings expertise in executing deals across the deal lifecycle, synergy identification and capture, finance business process outsourcing, strategy business and rollout, organizational transformation and global ERP rollout.
Mr. Leung’s relevant experience includes developing Day 1 and Day 100 plans while standing up a separation management office and integration management office cadence for a client in the education industry; leading the entanglement identification and separation planning, along with the development of TSA schedule of services, for a veterinary hospital network; and leading the separation planning of a technology portfolio (~10,000 applications) across 125 countries, including a global instance of SAP for a Pharma company.
Additionally, Mr. Leung led the ERP strategy and rationalization effort for a global manufacturer and distributor with 50+ ERPs as a result of rapid inorganic growth; led the identification, planning and execution of transformation initiatives to realize $50 million in synergies across functional areas (e.g., products rationalization, organizational restructuring, operational efficiencies and outsourcing/RPA); and led and/or supported the development of standalone/synergy cost and operational risk assessments on 50+ deals.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Leung spent seven years with PwC in both their Deals and Technology Strategy practices, executing acquisitions and divestitures and formulating product and IT strategies, including the adoption plans of emerging technologies. Before that, he spent seven years with Accenture in their Strategy practice, delivering and executing against business strategies.
Mr. Leung earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in management from the University of Florida.
