Kyle Lipstreu

Mr. Lipstreu has helped enterprise and mid-size clients across numerous industries, including construction and engineering, oil and gas, environmental services, and food services.
Recently, Mr. Lipstreu developed an IT strategy and roadmap for a $1+ billion client, which included aligning with business priorities; defining the IT service model; developing an IT strategy and roadmap; and initiating, executing, and delivering high value roadmap projects, while concurrently coordinating a cleanup of an acquisition integration.
Previously, Mr. Lipstreu managed IT applications and infrastructure workstreams for an acquisition integration for a construction materials client, including operational diligence, Day 1 cutover, Day 100 planning, and Day 100 execution; managed system of engagement integration into legacy ERP to support F&A transformation at a Fortune 60 food service company; managed reporting transformation to support ERP implementation at a Fortune 60 food service company; managed IT workstream through due diligence and integration phases for an OFS acquisition integration; managed carve-out/stand-up of 100+ business application portfolio for an E&P company; performed operational due diligence and initial integration planning for two oilfield service companies; and managed ERP software selection for an industrial services company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lipstreu spent five years with Waste Management, where he managed acquisition integrations and complex systems integrations, and five years in Big Four consulting, where he performed systems integrations for global clients across energy, engineering and construction, and environmental services industries.
Mr. Lipstreu earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and an MBA from The University of Texas.
