Jérémie Caullet

Mr. Caullet brings deep expertise in helping Chief Information Officers design their next IT operating model, including optimized organization, IT-business alignment, redesigned processes and modernized application and infrastructure landscapes, with a focus on people, skills and culture transformation.
Additionally, Mr. Caullet is an expert in tech-enabled transformations, using technology as a catalyst to create value, from ERP implementation or corporate function transformation. He has delivered multi-country, multi-year transformation projects spanning the entire lifecycle, automating processes, rationalizing operating model and building digital capabilities and agile IT architectures to support long-term profitable growth. He has worked across a range of industries, including life sciences, high-tech industry, energy and utility, and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Caullet served as Partner at McKinsey & Company, on the Digital and Analytic practice in France and the ERP practice in Europe, driving digital transformations to accelerate performance and enhance productivity across the entire value chain. Before that, he led Technology Consulting at PwC for France and French-speaking Africa.
Previously, Mr. Caullet managed profit centers of large tech companies, including serving as Vice President IBM Europe for application management services, both on sales and delivery sides, and serving as General Manager of Microsoft Services France, delivering internal transformation programs or large client projects.
Mr. Caullet earned a master’s degree in management from Kedge Business School, France.
