Jeff Wilson

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Wilson has extensive experience advising on large-scale programs within the M&A space to help his clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. He has worked with clients in various industries, advising on all aspects of corporate strategy and across the M&A lifecycle.
Mr. Wilson concentrates on the consumer products sector and has worked closely with many of the world’s most respected CPG and retail leaders, helping them transform their portfolios to improve value for shareholders. He has helped execute and close many of the largest transactions in the food and beverage space over the past decade.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wilson was a Principal with KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, most recently serving as the U.S. leader for the Transaction Execution practice and the Consumer and Retail sector leader for KPMG’s Strategy practice. Previously, he held many operational management roles with the Pepsi Bottling Group and was a Senior Leader with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory practice.
Mr. Wilson earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech. He serves on several community boards, including the Virginia Beach Sandler Center Foundation for the Arts, Hampton Roads CIVIC Leadership Institute, and the Virginia Beach Vision Inc. Mr. Wilson is also an active volunteer and mentor for City of Virginia Beach Public Schools.
