James Irvine

Mr. Irvine specializes in construction advisory consulting. His primary areas of concentration range from inception to completion within the construction life cycle, including capital strategy, Project Management Offices, delivery partnerships, project assurance, construction solutions, disputes and digital capital projects, and asset management.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Irvine’s most notable assignments include providing client-centric solutions across the life cycle of the world’s largest giga and mega programs, with over a decade spent in the Middle East region supporting large sovereign wealth funds, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), PIF special purpose vehicles, and blue-chip global clients. Mr. Irvine has worked on giga and mega programs with CapEx values of more than $500 billion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Irvine was the entrepreneurial driving force that established and spearheaded the growth of the Currie & Brown business in Saudi Arabia, a global construction consulting firm serving clients across various industries, including real estate, entertainment, infrastructure, transportation, rail, data centers, and oil and gas.
Mr. Irvine earned a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University and an MBA (distinction) from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London. He holds Fellowship status at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and is a two-time contribution award winner for his dedication to furthering the growth of the RICS and professional standards in the Middle East region.
