Guilherme Henriques

Mr. Henriques also specializes in management and financial restructuring of public and private companies. His primary areas of concentration are operational restructuring and negotiation. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial institutions, telecommunications, the cleaning and hygiene product industry, and unions and industry associations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Henriques worked with the financial department of Correios, serving most recently as CFO. He participated in its restructuring and recovery process, taking the firm’s loss of $2.1 billion real to profits of $667 million real.
Mr. Henriques has held executive positions at other large institutions, serving as Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Brasil Telecom; General Counsel and Director of Institutional Relations, Government Relations and Investor Relations at Bombril; and Vice Chief Financial and Controller for the office of the Brazilian President. While at Bombril, he was President of the Roberto Sampaio Ferreira Institute, a philanthropic organization maintained by Bombril S.A that focuses on female empowerment in the labor market. He served as Director of Employers’ Associations in several sectors, including industrial, culture and sports, cleaning and tools (ABRAFIX, ACEL, ABIPLA, SIPLA and FIESP)
Mr. Guilherme earned a bachelor’s degree from Cândido Mendes Law University in Rio de Janeiro.
