Currently at A&M, Mr. Bredenoord is focused on growing its Corporate and Private Equity services firm in Europe. As Head of Operations, he works closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to design and implement the organizational structures required for growth, build out the European business, recruitment, marketing, and establish the day-to-day operating models. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bredenoord spent three years with Linklaters, where he most recently served as Department Head of Knowledge. In this role, he created a consolidated operational strategy, the establishment of a new service organization and the implementation of a global legal search system.

Before Linklaters, Mr. Bredenoord spent 16 years at PwC as an ERP and E-Business consultant. His last role there was as the Global Head of Knowledge, where his focus was on the implementation of collaboration solutions and a firmwide, global expertise location solution. 

Mr. Bredenoord earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Stellenbosch University and an MBA from Erasmus University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ACA), a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA (SA)) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
