Mr. Terraillot brings more than 15 years of experience managing high-impact industrial projects, with a strong focus on supporting companies in stressed or distressed situations. His primary areas of concentration are complex turnaround projects requiring operational, social, and financial expertise. He also specializes in complex social reorganization and cash excellence programs. 

Mr. Terraillot has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, aeronautics, automotive, healthcare, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Terraillot spent seven years with AlixPartners and EY-Parthenon, where he most recently served as a Partner. Before that, Mr. Terraillot worked at the French Ministry of Economics and Finance, most notably advising ministers and handling restructuring cases.

Mr. Terraillot is an active member of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE), which is the primary professional association for restructuring practitioners in France.

Mr. Terraillot earned a master’s degree in engineering from the École Polytechnique in Palaiseau and completed a three-year program at Corps des Mines Paris. A native French speaker, he is also fluent in English.
