Ms. Brooks has provided services on behalf of purchasers and sellers as well as for neutral accounting arbitration matters. She has significant experience in reviewing purchase agreements, applying GAAP and IFRS to complex accounting matters, and providing post-acquisition dispute services to clients, including corporations, private equity firms, and individuals. Ms. Brooks has also provided financial statement and audit preparation assistance, investigated accounting irregularities, and provided litigation support services.

Ms. Brooks has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, aerospace, professional services, construction, energy, and insurance.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Brooks worked at a public accounting firm in Chicago, where she provided audit and assurance services.

Ms. Brooks earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
