David Rak

Mr. Rak’s expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, automotive, industrial manufacturing, energy, defense, and advanced technology. He has successfully led high-stakes programs involving M&A transactions, enterprise restructuring, and technology-driven business optimization. Known for his ability to navigate multicultural environments and foster consensus, Mr. Rak has been entrusted with sensitive global transformation projects requiring national security clearance and advanced negotiation skills.
Mr. Rak has successfully led enterprise-wide transformations across technology, finance, supply chain, and commercial operations, delivering measurable value for organizations with revenues exceeding $40 billion across a broad range of industries, with a focus on addressing talent and organization agendas.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rak has demonstrated a unique ability to align strategic vision with operational execution. His work has included designing operating models, enhancing leadership structures, and optimizing governance frameworks to enable organizations to achieve their most ambitious goals. He notably facilitated the integration of AI-based autonomous driving startups into a leading global automotive and mobility provider, leveraging his cultural fluency and global experience.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rak held leadership roles at EY and KPMG in New York. Earlier in his career, he contributed to transformative initiatives such as the privatization of the European energy market sector during his tenure at Accenture in Paris and a major operating model overhaul in the pharmaceutical sector for North American operations.
Mr. Rak earned a master’s degree in business strategy and transformation management from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (now SKEMA Business School). A dual citizen of France and the US, he is fluent in French and English and holds an active United States Department of Defense Security Clearance.
