Mr. Woo is a senior leader in A&M’s Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure practice. He specializes in end-to-end value creation and large-scale transformation programs to achieve strategic objectives and deliver sustainable value. His capabilities span the full investment lifecycle, including due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and post-deal value creation.

With over 12 years of strategy and operational consulting, Mr. Woo has worked with InfraCos, Telcos, and Private Equity clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He works closely with senior executives, boards, and investors to implement high-impact initiatives while proactively addressing potential risks. He brings extensive experience across retail and enterprise businesses, data centers, fiber / sub-sea cables, and towers / small cells.

Mr. Woo’s areas of expertise include infrastructure carve-outs, sales acceleration, operational excellence, customer experience enhancement, and big data analytics that drive and support performance objectives. He offers a distinctive perspective in these fields, backed by his extensive experience in both strategic and operational roles.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Woo held leadership roles at Altman Solon and Delta Partners (now FTI Delta, post-acquisition by FTI Consulting), where he played a key role in driving growth and expanding operations in Singapore and the broader region.

Mr. Woo earned a double bachelor’s degree in accountancy and business management from the Singapore Management University.
