Mr. Harris specializes in structured debt and equity financing, global corporate executive management and strategy, business development, and sales strategy execution.

Mr. Harris has 28 years of global experience, including more than 20 years living overseas. He has worked in a wide range of industries, such as energy, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, resources, and fast-moving consumer goods. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Harris led General Electric’s captive finance arm in Asia and established Philips Capital in China and Japan, both multibillion-dollar balance sheets.

Mr. Harris earned a bachelor’s degree in Chinese and economics from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in international finance and East Asian studies from The George Washington University. Fluent in English and Chinese, and proficient in Spanish, he brings a global perspective and multilingual expertise to every endeavor. He also holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 securities licenses.
