Originally from the United States, Mr. Duell is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has worked globally across Sydney, Silicon Valley, and Chicago, advising on cross-border transactions. Based in Sydney for the past 14 years, he combines a deep understanding of the local market with global transaction expertise. His international experience and focus on delivering value-driven outcomes make him a trusted partner to clients navigating complex financial landscapes.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Duell was a Partner at PwC in Australia, where he served as the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Leader for the PwC Deals team in Australia. In this role, he led numerous high-profile transactions primarily focused on the software, digital infrastructure, technology, media, telco, and service sectors. His expertise encompasses buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, deal structuring, initial public offerings, and post-merger integration.

Mr. Duell earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Wright State University, Ohio.
