Brad Steinfeld

With more than 18 years of accounting and finance experience, Mr. Steinfeld has led efforts to streamline and improve accounting activities, cash management, budgeting and management reporting for clients across various industries including energy, engineering and construction, oil and gas, and oilfield service.
Mr. Steinfeld serves clients in both advisory and interim management roles. Most recently, he led the stand-up of the accounting and finance department to support the carve-out of the unregulated assets of FirstEnergy Solutions as it navigated and emerged from bankruptcy. In this role, he advised management on the selection of a new banking treasury service provider and implementation of the treasury cash management system to support future growth of the business.
In another assignment, Mr. Steinfeld served as the interim assistant controller of an oilfield services company that was being spun out from its parent company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Steinfeld spent 15 years with Ernst & Young in Houston, where he provided audit services to public and private clients in the engineering and construction, oilfield services and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Steinfeld earned a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Trinity University in Texas. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs.
