Anurag Mittal

Mr. Mittal’s primary area of focus is financial due diligence across sectors, including banking, housing finance, microfinance, fintech, corporate lending, micro, small and medium enterprise or MSME finance, asset management, insurance, insurance broking, brokerage, exchanges and payment companies.
Mr. Mittal has worked on more than 150 financial/commercial due diligences for private equity and corporate clients. He has worked with clients, including Brookfield, Bain Capital, Blackstone, Baring Asia, Ares SSG, Morgan Stanley, Cerberus and British International Investment. His select corporate clientele includes Kotak Mahindra Bank, Godrej Capital, Arthur J Gallagher, ASK Investments and Aditya Birla Finance.
Prior to joining A&M a second time, Mr. Mittal joined a listed company in the restaurant sector as Chief Financial Officer. Before that, he spent around seven years with A&M India. Previously, he served with PwC and EY and in transaction advisory and audit practices for 10 years.
Mr. Mittal earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. He also graduated as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
