Amber Stevens

Ms. Stevens has worked with public and private clients in Australia, the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and North Africa across social infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport and commercial real estate. To serve her clients, she uses her deep technical, commercial and project risk knowledge to plan and execute in a way that is commercially sound, practical and creates clear value.
Ms. Stevens is known for her ability to quickly get to the heart of issues and conflicting stakeholder drivers to chart a path forward to address complex project issues. Her agility and willingness to provide frank and fearless advice builds trust quickly. She specializes in supporting clients who are significantly increasing the scale and complexity of their capital projects, and in crisis situations when major projects are failing or incidents are disrupting the business. She has also led the transformation of engineering and construction business units in oil and gas, healthcare and power generation, providing boards and executives with transparency into project performance and enabling good governance, accountability, confidence in outcomes, and timely course correction.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Stevens spent 12 years at PwC, where she most recently served as a Partner. With PwC, she spent seven years in the U.S., focused on the energy and utilities sector, and five years in Melbourne, focused on complex energy transition and social infrastructure capital projects and programs.
Previously, Ms. Stevens spent several years in London with Mace International, where she focused on large, mixed-use developments and unique major projects and programs, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She started her career with the John Holland group, working on-site in construction management in water infrastructure, airport and transportation.
Ms. Stevens earned bachelor’s degrees in mechanical and manufacturing engineering and political science from The University of Melbourne. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
