With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Gazzini brings deep expertise across topics, including growth and corporate strategy, family business, organization and cost transformation, digital enablement, risk and cybersecurity.

Mr. Gazzini’s notable assignments include a $60 million cost take out for a leading cement producer; growth strategy and multi-year implementation support for leading SEA telco (fiber, digital, B2B); review of portfolio strategy for a national O&G company; growth strategy and execution support for a leading FMCG distributor, procurement improvement program for SOE portfolio of 25+ companies and $35 billion of spend.

Most recently, Mr. Gazzini was responsible for designing a family governance framework for a leading consumer business and commercial and operational due diligence for a cross border fertilizer acquisition.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gazzini spent 10 years with Kearney in Jakarta, where he served as Partner and Chairman for the Indonesia office. He has also spent a combined 14+ years with Booz & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, with stints in Rome, Abu Dhabi and Jakarta. Mr. Gazzini began his career with Castle Group in Jakarta.

Mr. Gazzini earned a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from Università Sapienza di Roma and an MBA from SDA Bocconi. He was also a Fulbright Scholar at Cornell University. He currently holds leading industry certifications as a cybersecurity auditor and business continuity professional.
