Adit Chipalkatti

Mr. Chipalkatti is experienced in leading each phase of the growth process, including initial ideation and business case development, pricing strategy, go-to-market, operating model design, and scaling optimization. He is deeply knowledgeable in leading the qualitative and quantitative analyses to drive these decisions and has a track record of garnering the necessary cross-functional alignment to enable sustained business growth.
Within the digital infrastructure space, Mr. Chipalkatti is experienced in leading engagements for operators and investors. He brings extensive knowledge of broadband technologies, including cable/HFC, digital subscriber line (DSL), fiber, and fixed wireless access. He also brings expertise in IP video, cloud, and content delivery networks.
Notably, Mr. Chipalkatti led the development of a 10-year network modernization strategy for a North American telco, upgrading their existing DSL network to fiber-to-the-premise, which is expected to more than double consumer revenue. He also reinvented the value proposition for a Tier 1 North American cable operator, redesigning the product portfolio, signature bundles, and customer experience to achieve double-digit growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chipalkatti held multiple leadership positions in the Telecommunications and Media practices of strategy consulting firms, including Oliver Wyman, IBB Consulting Group, and Accenture Strategy. In these roles, he developed growth strategies that have driven multibillion-dollar incremental revenue for his clients.
Mr. Chipalkatti earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College.
