Adam Yuan

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Yuan held senior roles at EY China, serving as Managing Partner for Turnaround and Restructuring Advisory in Greater China and Lead Audit Partner for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Central China. He has spearheaded landmark restructuring projects across diverse sectors, including China’s largest judicial restructuring of an aviation group to date, the nation’s first consensual restructuring of a real estate and industrial new-town group, and the first bankruptcy liquidation of a domestic commercial bank. His extensive involvement in these projects included debt resolution and operational restructuring.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Yuan led audit engagements for the restructuring and public listing of major SOEs, providing financial advisory and audit services to central and regional SOEs as well as private enterprises, in industries such as aviation, power equipment manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, retail, and technology. He brings deep expertise in the policies and regulations governing corporate reform, performance enhancement, and listed company restructuring.
As a Certified Public Accountant with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and a Senior Accountant in China, Mr. Yuan has actively contributed to policy discussions with government bodies and regulators, offering practical solutions informed by his extensive professional experience. Combining hands-on expertise with strategic policy insight, he continues to deliver exceptional support for corporate crisis management and strategic transformation.
