Mr. Agarwal has significant M&A transaction experience providing financial due diligence and analytics on M&A transactions. He advises strategic buyers and sellers by leveraging big data and analytics to provide faster and deeper insights to support better informed investment decisions.

Mr. Agarwal has experience advising businesses across a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, FMCG, technology and healthcare. He has worked on projects across multiple markets, including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Agarwal spent 15 years with PwC, serving most recently as Director. He led financial due diligence and deal analytics projects on more than 100 M&A transactions. His notable deal analytics transactions include sell-side support on eFront, Argus Media, Thomson Reuters, Closer Still, Ocado, Wagamama, Virgin Active, IPES and Euroports and buy-side support on Wireless Logic, Zabka, Portman Dental, Parcel2go, Sezane, and carveouts of Unilever and Coty.

Mr. Agarwal earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Delhi. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
