Iman Subarkah

With more than 16 years of consulting experience, Mr. Subarkah has deep expertise in corporate strategy, revenue enhancement, cost optimization, operating model design, and process re-engineering.
Mr. Subarkah’s notable assignments include devising corporate strategy for a state provident fund, leading operating model transformation for a foreign bank, guiding process transformation for a leading Indonesian state-owned bank, and developing an Indonesian market entry strategy for a Southeast Asian digital bank. He was responsible for leading the corporate turnaround of a family-owned bank and devising the corporate strategy for an Indonesian state-owned insurance group.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Subarkah worked with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for seven years, where he most recently served as a Principal. He previously worked with PwC Consulting, Roland Berger, Arghajata Consulting, and AIA Group.
Mr. Subarkah earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
