Jon Nicklin

With more than 18 years of forensic accounting experience, Mr. Nicklin has broad experience of all types of forensic accounting work, including personal injury, anti-corruption investigations, forensic due diligence, and compliance monitoring, in addition to his core quantum expert witness work.
Mr. Nicklin’s notable assignments include working on several high-profile, multimillion-dollar ICSID (International Centre for Settlement Investment Disputes) cases, as well as a series of assignments in response to short-seller allegations against HK-listed companies. Mr. Nicklin was engaged as an expert witness by Chinese clients across various industries, particularly in the hotels and tourism, automotive, and pharmaceutical/medical device industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nicklin spent five years in EY’s Forensic Accounting team in Shanghai, assisting Fortune 500 clients to investigate and resolve fraud in their China operations. He most recently served as a Director with Accuracy in Beijing, where he headed up the Greater China Disputes team and testified before HKIAC (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre) and SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Centre) tribunals.
Mr. Nicklin earned a bachelor’s degree in ecology from University College London. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Chartered Fraud Examiner (CFE).
